These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
A minimum monthly service cost per client will be imposed for use of services from 1st October 2019. This will not apply to existing clients who were utilising services prior to the implementation date of the mimimum monthly charge, and who have not allowed their account to lapse for more than 30 consecutive calendar days since. All previously existing clients will need to meet the monthly minimum should they allow their account to lapse, or have any overdue payments either of which exceed 30 calendar days. This minimum requirement of monthly service level will become compulsory across all occounts on 31st May 2020.
