Paul started in the technology world with technical and training positions at Xerox UK Ltd and Xerox Corporation, with computer and Internet technologies at their infancy. It became clear to Paul that these emerging fields required constant, ongoing learning, or your knowledge and expertise would quickly expire.
From this initial introduction into the technology field, Paul setup his own Digital Agency based in the up and coming hub of Brighton, Sussex. Initially specialising in Digital Print and Design - Paul soon found his niche in Web and Internet based technology. Working closely with many technology leaders, Paul soon developed a reputation and understanding of how the new disruptive technologies could benefit business.
Paul soon got approached by other institutions and businesses wishing to utilise his expertise and skill. He became a leading development teacher passing on his expertise and knowledge to many UK and International based Web developers, designer and marketeers. Sharing his expertise back to the industry for a total of 12 years at a specialist business college based in Brighton & Hove.
Paul then, for 2 years, took a more management role as a Director of a start-up B2C and latterly B2B agency specialising in hospitality and catering industry. Finally relocating and re-settling into a more consultative role within the industry and final separation from the Directorship.
In 2016, Paul joined AudioLock.NET as a Technical Project Manager but quickly he became an integral part of all sectors of the operation. In late 2017, Paul was appointed CEO of AudioLock.NET taking a more formal role in the direction of the business both strategically, functionally with a technical oversight.
